If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Sentimental Jewels, please send us an email to and let us know why you are returning your product.

We will refund you the full price of your jewelry minus any shipping fees. You have up to 1 week after receiving your jewelry to return it if you are unsatisfied. Please send us your invoice and a statement concerning the problem with your jewelry. Or if you need it resized, you may send it back to us also. We reccomend that you use priority shipping and insurance to guarantee that your product reaches back to us safely.

Should you experience any problems with your piece of jewelry,
you may ship it back to us and we will repair your jewelry at no extra cost.
